Capital One is preparing to move its estimated $170 million account to Omnicom Group's DDB from Interpublic Group's McCann Erickson, according to sources.McCann Erickson in New York won the account in April 2003 after a review. That competition included Omnicom's Element 79 in Chicago, Publicis Groupe's The Kaplan Thaler Group in New York, and independent London shop Faulds.
