When the Lights Burnt Your Eyes

There's a late night currency exchange that we visited to get a license sticker. While D was in line, I took this photo. Added a filter to mute the 'red' due to slow exposure, and also enhanced the street light 'twinkle'.

Millennium Park restroom. And yes, it was brutally cold that day. My camera was fogging up (eventually got too cold, and battery died).
