Stumped and Charred
on Upper Yurtistan. Apparently a huge forest fire in the late 60s - National Guard had to be called.
Brisket
cooked the day before, re-heated, and scrumptious. We ate brisket for three days.
Roasted Corn
yummy. Something about corn roasted over open flame yields the best flavor.
